The units are stylish, large with a comfy bed.

Great and quiet location very close to public transport to different parts of the city, the best sites to see and the best restaurants and the centre, a zoo and restaurants were walking distance to the hotel. The staff, everyone, was exceptionally nice and amicable.

The whole experience was really nice, no complains at all, recommend. The venue was clean and the staff were welcoming and amiable. It was bright, spotless and with a comfy bed. The hotel had an excellent and lovely location close to public transport.

I had tastefully decorated, stylish room complete with a view of Arthur's Seat and separate private bathroom plus bath robes. There was delicious breakfasts with scrambled eggs and gluten-free bread, as example. The location was quiet and magnificent - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

The location is good, it's 30 minutes walk or short bus ride to the city center. There are regular buses on Royal Blind School east bus station. Rooms and very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent.

The staff were welcoming and the setting was good and magnificent. The guest room was nicely furnished and had an electric kettle, central heating and an iron. Loved our stay and location of the hotel, and would stay here again.

The guest house accommodated vegan breakfast options and provided helpful local advice. Highly recommended for a quiet and comfortable stay.

This is an excellent and very friendly b&b in a residential classic sandstone townhouse neighborhood. It is about 2 km from the city center but the frequent bus connection makes it a short trip. The owners make one really feel at home and they serve an amazing breakfast. Great choice; I would come again!
